Hi I'm Matt! Originally from the state of Washington, I'm happy to have put down my roots in beautiful alabama. As a newer artist, you can get a great experience, with a lower price point as a token of my appreciation for giving me the opportunity to expand my skill set. I'm happy to provide the other side of the coin here at Taproot, proudly tattooing the husbands, fathers, and men of our community. My style is reflective of timeless American traditional work, with a twist to reflect the subject matter I'm interested in. As an avid outdoorsman I spend the time I'm not in the studio hunting, or fishing. In the off season I enjoy smoking and grilling delicious food for my family.
